Lorekeeper of the Draconid people, depending on your game Zinnia joins up with either Team Magma or Team Aqua in an attempt to manipulate them and bring forth either Groudon or Kyogre. It sounds like an evil deed, but all was done in the hopes that Rayquaza himself would come down from the skies so that Zinnia could use Rayquaza to destroy a dangerous meteorite that was on a collision course with the Hoenn region.
Spirit Battle[]
This is unusual for a Spirit Battle as while you are fighting Zinnia in the form of Ridley, you are also fighting against the boss Rayquaza! To clear this battle both Zinnia and Rayquaza have to be KO'd before you are though you don't have to be the one to deal the final blow.
