Character Info[]
The Wii Fit Trainer is an avatar character that serves as a guide to the player across the Wii Fit series. With the Wii Balance Board as their sidekick, the Wii Fit Trainer instructs players about a variety of different yoga poses and mini-games that are designed to help them take care of their body. The Wii Fit Trainer also provides healthy tips and tricks with the hope that the player will take these lessons and either build a healthier lifestyle for themselves or continue to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
General Information[]
Entrance[]
The Wii Fit Trainer will appear standing in the “Tree” yoga pose while balancing on top of the Wii Balance Board. After a moment the Wii Fit Trainer will relax their yoga pose and step off of the Wii Balance Board. The Wii Balance Board will then jump off and cheerfully wave goodbye to the Wii Fit Trainer before disappearing.
Kirby Hat[]
Kirby will have the Female Wii Fit Trainer’s gray ponytail on his head. Kirby’s skin will also change to a pale gray to mimic the Wii Fit Trainer’s skin color.
Taunts[]
Up Taunt: The Wii Fit Trainer will stretch out both of their arms above their head while leaning to the side and saying, “Let’s get a good stretch.”
Down Taunt: The Wii Fit Trainer will cross both of their arms in front of them as they stretch out both of their shoulders while saying, “Stretch those shoulders.”
Side Taunt: The Wii Fit Trainer will sit down with their legs outstretched. The Wii Fit Trainer will then lean forwards towards one foot to stretch out their arms as they reach out to their toes with their fingertips while saying, “Let’s stretch our legs.”

Moveset[]
Standard Special[]
Sun Salutation: The Wii Fit Trainer will assume the Sun Worship pose and charge up a ball of yellow solar energy in front of their chest. This energy ball starts out small, but will grow in size as the attack is charged. When fully charged this solar attack deals a high amount of damage on contact and will even heal the Wii Fit Trainer of 2% damage when it's thrown.
Side Special[]
Header: A soccer ball will manifest next to the Wii Fit Trainer’s head moments before the Wii Fit Trainer takes the opportunity to smack their head into the soccer ball and send it flying away. By pressing the special button again before the soccer ball has been hit, you can make the Wii Fit Trainer hit the ball early which causes it to be launched in a different angle. This makes this move rather difficult to predict since you don’t know for sure when and where the ball is going to go. Additionally, the headbutt itself is an attack and is capable of meteor smashing opponents. Using this move in the air will also cause the Wii Fit Trainer to jump slightly in the air during the headbutt and will cause them to stall in the air briefly if used while they are falling. However the Wii Fit Trainer can only use this move once while in the air and must land on the ground before they can use it again.
Up Special[]
Super Hoop: A pair of hula hoops will appear around the Wii Fit Trainer’s waist as they quite literally propel themselves up into the air by hula hooping. By button mashing the Wii Fit Trainer will rise higher and faster into the air. The hula hoops will deal a small amount of damage on contact with other fighters and can be used to hit opponents multiple times.
Down Special[]
Deep Breathing: The Wii Fit Trainer will take a deep breath as two circles appear around the Wii Fit Trainer. One of these circles is larger with a light blue outline around the Wii Fit Trainer while the other is a small solid red circle centered on the Wii Fit Trainer’s body. The blue circle will then begin to shrink and will require the player to press the special button again to make the circle stop. If the player gets their timing right and they stop the blue circle when it aligns with the red circle they will heal the Wii Fit Trainer of 2% damage as well as increase their walking speed, run speed, initial dash speed, ground traction, fall speed, air speed, and gravity while also decreasing tier damage taken by 10% and increasing their overall damage output by 25% for fresh attacks and 20% for stale attacks for about 12 seconds.
Deep Breathing has a soft cooldown of 40 seconds and if the Wii Fit Trainer attempts to use it again in that time then the blue circle will move much slower and will reward smaller buffs for a shorter duration. This cooldown is in effect even if the Wii Fit Trainer failed to time the blue circle right the first time around or if they canceled out of the move.
Final Smash[]
Wii Fit: The Wii Fit Trainer will assume the Warrior pose before emitting a series of multicolored afterimages that fly forth in a cone pattern. These images are all silhouettes of the Wii Fit Trainer performing a variety of yoga poses from the Wii Fit games and will deal a different amount of damage depending on the size of the silhouette. At the end of the attack, a massive silhouette of the Dancer pose will slowly fly forwards in a straight line dealing much more damage than the other silhouettes did.
Extra Skill[]
Fit Meter: The Wii Fit Trainer now comes with their own smart watch-like device that helps them to monitor their fitness. As the Wii Fit Trainer fights and lands attacks their Fit Meter will increase. The Fit Meter can be found next to the Wii Fit Trainer’s damage percent to show the player how far they are coming along in their daily fitness. Once the Fit Meter has been maxed out, the Wii Fit Trainer can use their Extra Skill to get a burst of energy and get a boost to their damage output for the next 10 seconds. Once activated, the Fit Meter will be fully drained and can’t increase again until the damage buff runs out.
Unique Traits[]
Wii Fit Trainer can wall jump and crawl along the stage. Notably, Wii Fit Trainer has one of the lowest crawls in the game.
