Assist Trophy Info[]

Before being pulled into the Entity’s Realm, Ji-Woon Hak was a talented Korean pop star with a dark streak of jealousy and sadism. After a twist of fate, Ji-Woon’s bandmates were trapped in a blazing fire and while at first he sought to help them it didn’t take long for his jealousy to take hold. He let his bandmates die, reveling in their screams of help, and with the help of his manager Yun-Jin Lee he was rebranded as the tragic and wild solo artist The Trickster. However Ji-Woon’s thoughts grew darker still. As his popularity exploded he knew he needed something more and so he began killing. Ji-Woon tortured and killed countless people as he recorded their screams of pain so that he could make the most beautiful music out of them.

Mode of Assistance[]

When the Trickster arrives on the stage he’ll fan out a series of glass knives in his hands before saying, “여기 있네!" in Korean which translates to “There you are!”. The Trickster will stand in place as he throws an unending stream of knives which fan out from him in a cone. Each knife does a small amount of damage and they will slowly push fighters away from The Trickster. Fighters who are in front of The Trickster when he first starts throwing the knives will end up taking multiple hits before they are pushed back, but if you just get hit at the edge of his range then you’ll just be knocked back after one. After throwing his knives for a couple seconds The Trickster will activate his special ability, Main Event. The Trickster will laugh as the size of his throw cone and the distance the knives are thrown are both increased, potentially catching fighters off guard who thought they were a safe enough distance away. After a few more seconds of this The Trickster will run out of knives and disappear.
