Known as the Ultimate Tennis Pro, Ryoma Hoshi was one of sixteen students who found themselves at the Ultimate Academy for Gifted Juveniles under mysterious circumstances and trapped inside of a Killing School Semester. Unlike his fellow students who sought to escape and live, Ryoma had already given up on life after losing everyone he loved when the mafia killed his family. Yet when the Monokubs handed out pads of everyone’s loved ones in an attempt to get them to kill, Ryoma felt hope for the first time in years at the thought that there was still someone out there in the world who loved him.

Ryoma Hoshi will be represented by the Villager for this Spirit Battle and will start out the fight equipped with a Tennis Racket. Villager cannot lose this Tennis Racket, regardless of the circumstances, and is especially skilled at timing its swings to reflect projectiles back at their sender. Other Tennis Rackets as well as a variety of ball-like items such as the Unira, Mr. Saturn, Bob-omb, Podoboo Orb, Soccer Ball, Beach Ball, Beastball, and Smoke Ball will be the only items that spawn during this Spirit Battle.
