Piplup is one of three Pokemon that Professor Rowan tends to offer new trainers in the Sinnoh region alongside Chimchar and Turtwig. Piplup may be a small penguin, but it has a deep swell of pride which prevents it from accepting food or other forms of help from people. Piplup may be a little guy for now, but as they evolve Piplups will rise in height to become the more powerful and regal Empoleon.
Attack Description[]
Piplup will constantly fire out a cone of bubbles from its little beak that start out firing quickly, but soon slow down to a lazy drift the further they get away from Piplup. Each bubble will pop on contact and deal a minimal amount of damage, but if a fighter is right next to Piplup when it starts its attack that damage can easily rack up. That said, the bubbles do also come with a slight pushback so fighters won’t be trapped indefinitely amongst the bubbles.
