With the appearance of a large demonic skull and a ghastly aura that surrounds it, one could say that the Orne is Pit’s most dangerous foe. When they spot their prey they will open their mouths revealing several small red and blue skulls inside. At this point the Orne will relentlessly chase down its prey and if it happens to make contact… they will instantly kill them and consume their soul. Ornes are invincible to all weapons with the only exception being the Arrow of Light.
Fight Pattern[]
A very rare enemy, Ornes do not attack like most foes. Instead they lie in wait for a fighter to get near before they begin to slowly chase after them. Like in Kid Icarus Ornes are impervious to all damage and will instantly KO anything they touch, even other enemies. If you’re going to run away from them, just run as Ornes move faster if your back is turned to them. While under the effect of a Super Star a fighter can pass through an Orne harmlessly, however the Orne will be unable to be KO’d or even flinched.
