An odd, possibly extraterrestrial, creature that looks like a head with feet. Most Mr. Saturns live in a place called Saturn Valley and they are known to be very peaceful and generous. When Ness and his friends first reach Saturn Valley they find out that many of the Mr. Saturns have been kidnapped and forced to work in Master Belch’s Fly Honey Factory. Later in the story, the Mr. Saturns prove essential in helping Ness defeat Giygas alongside Dr. Andonuts and Apple Kid.

Mr. Saturn might seem like a bit of a joke item at first as they walk around the stage and push other items along with them. Players can pick up Mr. Saturns and toss them at opponents where they’ll deal a small amount of damage before bouncing off. Mr. Saturns can be repeatedly picked up and thrown, but their true worth comes when throwing them against an opponent who is attempting to use their shields as Mr. Saturns will instantly break their shields and put them in a state of shield break.
