Considered by many to be the most powerful Pokemon, and a manmade one at that! Mewtwo was created after years of gene splicing and DNA engineering experiments as scientists sought to create a clone of the mythical Pokemon Mew. Mewtwo eventually broke out of its laboratory prison and destroyed the mansion where it was kept. Mewtwo would later be found in the Cerulean Cave where it was challenged by a powerful trainer. The results of their battle however are unknown. When Mega Stones were discovered in the Kalos region, two of the discovered Mega Stones seem to resonate with Mewtwo allowing him to Mega Evolve into either Mega Mewtwo X or Mega Mewtwo Y.
Attack Description[]
Mewtwo will activate one of its Mega Stones and shift into its Mega Mewtwo X form as it glares across the stage. A sphere of crackling purple & red energy will swirl in Mega Mewtwo X’s palm as Mega Mewtwo X raises its palm high up into the air. Touching the orb will damage opposing fighters for small hits of damage each time they come in contact with it. When the orb has reached its maximum size Mega Mewtwo X will take the orb and slam it into the ground in front of it. This will cause the energy to explode out to a massive size where it deals multiple hits of damage to any opposing fighter that was in its radius before a final explosion knows them all away.
