Character Info[]
Lucas is a gentle young boy from Tazmily Village. After the death of his mother Hinawa and the disappearance of his twin brother Claus, Lucas struggled to cope with their loss earning him the title of being a crybaby from some of the other villagers. After years of seeing his hometown change and refusing to just conform like everyone else, Lucas gained a negative reputation from the other townsfolk. Lucas didn’t let this get him down though and after meeting Kumatora he expressed his desire to grow stronger and began to travel with her. In time, Lucas would help to stop Porky Minch, his Pigmask Army, and the Masked Man as he journeyed to pull the Seven Needles and awaken the Dark Dragon which sleeps beneath the Nowhere Islands.

Entrance[]
Lucas will be riding on top of a walking table designed after the Mr. Saturns.
Kirby Hat[]
Kirby will have Lucas’ swirly hair atop his head.
Taunts[]
Up Taunt: Lucas will trip on nothing and fall to the ground landing on his butt. Lucas will then shake his head and dust off his shoulder as he stands back up.
Down Taunt: Duster’s pet Rope Snake will appear out from Lucas’ sleeve and appear to have a short conversation with Lucas. Lucas will shrug in response as the Rope Snake retreats.
Side Taunt: Lucas’s right hand will be placed against his forehead as he grunts and swings his arm off to the side causing small bursts of PSI energy to erupt from his fingers and leave a trail behind.
Victory Poses[]
- Lucas will pull one of the Seven Needles out of the ground and send it flying up into the air. Following this, Lucas will face towards the screen and stand with his hands on his hips as he smiles.
- Lucas’ back will be toward the screen as he crouches down and pokes at the ground with a large stick. As the camera zooms in, Lucas will look back over his shoulder surprised and say, “Huh?”
- Lucas will bend down on one knee and trace one hand through the air in the shape of a heart as the pink sparkles of PK Love leave a trail behind. When the heart is complete it will burst in a spray of sparkles as Lucas smiles on.
Moveset[]
Standard Special[]
PK Freeze: A snowflake made of PSI energy will float out from Lucas’ hands as it flies up at an angle. The direction of the flight path can be angled by tilting the control stick and the attack itself can be made stronger by simply holding down the special button as you do. When the button is let go of, or when it reaches the end of its flight path, it will create an explosion of icy energy which can freeze any opponents in its range while also knocking them away from Lucas.
Side Special[]
PK Flash: A green dart of energy will flash into existence between Lucas’ hands as he fires it straight forwards. This projectile is tiny, but it moves fast and flies for roughly half the length of Battlefield before it peters out entirely. When used in the air, this energy dart will be fired diagonally. If this projectile hits an opponent they will only take a minimal amount of damage and knockback. In turn however, they will also be afflicted with a random status effect. This could be Poison causing them to take a small amount of damage per second for the next few seconds, Sleep causing them to fall asleep, Crazy causing them to taunt immediately, Stun causing them to be momentarily paralyzed in place and unable to move, Ink causing them to be covered in some Inkling ink which makes them take every damage from attacks for a few seconds, or Slip which causes them to trip immediately.
Up Special[]
PK Ground: A burst of orange PSI energy will erupt out from the ground below Lucas. This energy causes Lucas to be thrown up into the air, looking scared, as bits of rubble fly up with him. This rubble can deal small amounts of damage if it hits opponents and acts as a minor shield to protect Lucas from attacks as he is flying up. If opponents are next to Lucas when he uses this attack, they’ll be knocked away horizontally from the force of the quaking earth.
Down Special[]
PSI Counter: Lucas will hold out his hand in front of him as he creates an octagonal barrier out of pink PSI energy. If an energy-based projectile strikes the barrier Lucas will take no damage from it and the projectile will be reflected away from Lucas. While reflecting the attack will not increase the speed or damage of the attack, Lucas is able to do something a little unique with it. There will be a slight delay between the projectile striking the barrier and being absorbed by it before it gets reflected. During this time the player can flick the control stick in any direction that they want. The direction they flick the controls tick will determine what direction the reflected projectile flies in. If no direction is selected then the projectile will fly back where it came from by default.
Final Smash[]
PK Love: A large, pink, glittering heart made of PSI energy will appear above Lucas. If any opponents are in the space above Lucas when the heart is formed they will find themselves trapped inside of it. The heart will proceed to beat and pulse seven times as waves of glittering pink PSI energy fly off from the heart similar to how Tabuu’s Off Waves work. Each pulse will fly out from the heart and cover a distance about 2/3rds of Temple if used directly in the middle. Each pulse will damage opponents, but they won’t deal a high amount of knockback instead hoping to juggle the opponents with the next pulse. Opponents are free to try and shield or air dodge their way to safety however. As each pulse flies off from the heart the opponents trapped inside of it will take damage until the seventh pulse fades away and the heart bursts into sparkling energy for one last attack against all those that were in the heart, or near it, and send them flying away. Just because you weren’t trapped in the heart doesn’t mean all you have to do is avoid its pulses however. If any opponent makes contact with the heart during the Final Smash they will also find themselves drawn into it and trapped.
Extra Skill[]
Offense Up: Lucas will hold up his arms in a cross pattern as he’s surrounded by orange PSI energy which flows around him like an aura. For the next 7 seconds Lucas will receive a fairly significant damage buff to all of his Special Attacks and all other attacks which are related to using PSI. Lucas is only able to cast Offense Up three times per stock.
Unique Traits[]
Lucas is capable of attaching to platforms with a tether recovery by using his grab attack in the air.

- Claus - Lucas’ shirt will have green & yellow stripes, his shorts will be orange, and his shoes will be blue and cyan. Lucas’ hair will also have an orange tint to it.
- Blue - Lucas’ shirt will have blue & orange stripes, his shorts will be purple, and his shoes will be cyan and blue.
- Red - Lucas’ shirt will have red & pink stripes, his shorts will be teal, and his shoes will be pale red and pale yellow.
- Masked Man - Lucas’ shirt will have black & gray stripes with an 8 bit sprite of the Masked Man’s face on it. His shorts will be orange, his socks will be dark gray, and his shoes will be dark gray and white. Lucas’ hair will become gray as his skin becomes ashen.
- Duster - Lucas’ shirt will have bluish-gray and blue stripes, his shorts and socks will be pink, and his shoes will be brown and pale orange. Lucas’ hair will become brown.
- Boney - Lucas’ shirt will become green with a sprite of Boney’s head on it. His shorts will be brown, and his shoes will be light brown & brown.
- Baby Drago - Lucas’ shirt will become purple with a sprite of a baby Dragon on it. His shorts will be green, and his shoes will be pink and light pink.
- Pigmask - Lucas’ shirt will have pink & white stripes with a sprite of a Pig Mask’s head on it. Lucas’ shorts will be white and his shoes will be teal & white.
- Mr. Saturn - Lucas’ shirt will have tan & yellow stripes with a sprite of a Mr. Saturn on it. Lucas’ shorts will be black while his shoes will be bright yellow & lime green.
