Boss Info[]
Taking the term, “Mini-Necky” and tossing it out the window, Krow is a large bird who seems to have a fondness for pirate gear. The first boss of his game, Krow will drop eggs on Diddy & Dixie. Unfortunately for Krow his eggs were easily reflected back at him by the Kongs and lead to his death. But his spirit was vengeful causing him to be later reborn as Kreepy Krow in the Gloomy Gulch.
Boss Fight Details[]
Krow spends the entire fight flying back and forth through the sky and never comes down to the base of the stage. Upon being defeated Krow will fall behind the stage seemingly to his death and as the player is celebrating... his ghostly form will rise up as the boss battle continues from where it left off but now you fight Kreepy Krow. As Krow, he can only use the first three attacks listed below meanwhile Kreepy Krow has access to all of them.
Attacks[]
Egg Drop[]
Flying past the ship's mast, Krow will grab one of the eggs from his nest which he has made in the mast and drop it down onto the stage to hurt the players. There are two types of eggs that can be dropped. Explosive eggs will explode on contact with either the player or the stage and cannot be picked up by the player. Bouncing Eggs will bounce in contact with the stage going in whatever direction they were already falling in. Bouncing eggs can be picked up by the players to try and throw back at Krow but you have to be careful as grabbing them from the wrong angle or moment can result in the player being damaged.
Mast Ram[]
Kreepy Krow
Other times Krow will ram his head into the mast causing a shower of eggs to fly upwards out of the next and then rain down onto the stage. These eggs do not explode or bounce and instead will pass down through the stage if they don't hit a player. If they do hit a player though, naturally they get damaged by the egg.
Claw Rake[]
When he's feeling daring, Krow will fly down towards the stage and rake his claws against it as he flies past it quickly to try and get a fast melee hit on the players and potentially knock them off the side of the stage.
Ghostly Mini-Neckies[]
For this attack Kreepy Krow will disappear momentarily as several ghostly Mini-Neckies fly in from both the left and right swooping down at the players trying to attack them. Despite their ghostly appearance, these Mini-Neckies can be attacked with normal moves and even instantly defeated by jumping on top of them.
