A Poison-type Pokemon native to several regions across the PokeWorld. Spherical in shape, Koffings are filled to the brim with toxic gases which they release through the protrusions along their body. The gas they keep inside them is actually lighter than air which is what allows them to float. They flourish where air pollution is at its strongest as they feed on the fumes. While most Koffings evolve into the pure Poison-type Weezing, it seems that in the Galar region they gain the Fairy-typing upon evolving.
Attack Description[]
When Koffing pops out of its Poke Ball, it will take a moment before
releasing toxic gases from its body. These toxic gases are expelled in a similar pattern to Koffing’s enemy variant from Smash Run as six different clouds of gases erupt from Koffing all around its body almost making a flower-like appearance. These gases however are toxic and running through them will cause players to take constant damage for as long as they are in the fumes. There is no stun or knockback, but just standing in the gases will continue to deal damage over time.
