Jeff is the song of famous inventor Dr. Andonuts, as well as being an inventor himself, who attends a boarding school in Winters. When Ness and Paula were trapped in Threed, Paula sent a psychic message to Jeff pleading for his help. Jeff is the only member of the party who is incapable of using PSI techniques, but he makes up for it with his inventions such as the Heavy Bazooka, Defense Shower, Hungry HP-sucker, and the Gaia Beam.
Mode of Assistance[]
Jeff will appear alongside his Multi-Bottle Rockets which he immediately starts to set off. Four rockets will launch initially, one shortly after the other, and home in on the nearest opponent before exploding. These four rockets will be followed up by a final larger rocket that explodes into a larger aoe than the others and with more damage and knockback. Normally Jeff will only fire off a single volley of these rockets, however if the fighter that summoned in is doing particularly poorly in the match he will fire a second volley.
