Assist Trophy Info[]
Isabelle is a hard working pup who seems to have some connection to Tom Nook. She considers the town (or island) she works for to be her family and is quite capable in dealing with misbehaving Villagers. During New Leaf, Isabelle worked as the secretary to the town’s new mayor and assists them with anything that needs doing. In this game Isabelle is responsible for organizing most of the town events, taking over Tortimer’s role from previous games. As a child Isabelle grew up alongside her brother Digby living in a cardboard box. Isabelle still looks back fondly over those times, especially her more mischievous moments when she would eat her brother’s shoes.
Mode of Assistance[]
With a joyful smile Isabelle will pump a fist up into the air before throwing fruit items onto the stage. Isabelle will try to throw these fruits at the player that summoned her from the Assist Trophy and if the fruit makes contact with the player then they will be instantly healed for a small amount of damage. These fruits are pulled directly from the fruits you can grow in Animal Crossing and each fruit heals for the same amount. If the fruit can’t reach the player then they’ll just land straight on the ground. If the fruit is on the ground then anyone, the player or their opponents, can pick the fruit up as if it were Food and eat it. If the player is KO’d while Isabelle is still on the field she’ll have a really sad look on her face and won’t throw anymore food unless the player respawns while Isabelle is still on the field. At this point Isabelle will look joyful again and resume throwing food at the player.
