Stage Info[]
Under the control of the Happy Happyist Cult, when Ness first arrives in Happy Happy Village most of its buildings are painted blue! The cult leader, Mr. Carpainter, has fallen under the influence of the evil Mani Mani Statue and he plans to take the captured Paula and turn her into his High Priestess.
Stage Design[]
Stage Layout[]
A spiritual successor to Melee's Onett stage in a way, but certainly not a replacement for it. Like Onett, Happy Happy Village is a grounded stage with walkoffs on the left and right which are represented by the two dotted lines. The stage takes places in front of three buildings in Happy Happy Village. On the left are two houses of different heights and the players can fight on top of the roof for each home represented by the two black lines on the left. On the right is the headquarters for the Happy Happy Cult with two platforms representing what that building looks like. In the middle of the bottom platform another part of the building rises up with a new platform atop it. You can fight on top of this platform but you can't walk through that portion of the building.
Stage Hazards[]
Mr. Carpainter:[]
Every now and then Mr. Carpainter will emerge from the front doors of the Happy Happy Cult's headquarters. The boss fight against Mr. Carpainter begins at that point and you can find out about how that works by clicking the link in the name of this hazard.
