Boss Info[]

The Guard Armor is a massive Emblem Heartless that’s made up of five pieces, the Armored Torso, two Gauntlets, and two Hammerlegs. When threatened, the Guard Armor can even rearrange its form into that of the Opposite Armor. It’s most commonly found attacking Traverse Town, Olympus Coliseum, and Daybreak Town.

Boss Fight Details[]

The Guard Armor features 5 HP bars with each one associated with a different body part. The Guard Armor itself will stand on one far side of the stage and individually send out its body pieces to attack you. At the start of the fight the Guard Armor will only send one of its body pieces out to attack you, but as the fight rages on and the Guard Armor’s health depletes it’ll experience a feeling of desperation (despite being a Heartless) and start sending out its body parts faster than before leading to multiple body parts out on the stage making their attacks at the same time which can be pretty hectic to dodge through and deal with.

Attacks[]

Spinning Claw[]

Detaching one of its Gauntlets, the Guard Armor will send the Gauntlet spiraling across the stage like its a massive boomerang that runs the full length of the stage being battle on before flying back to the Guard Armor and reattaching itself to the main body.

Hammerstomp[]

Detaching one of its Hammerlegs, the Guard Armor will send the Hammerleg out onto a point on the stage as it thrashes about stomping on that point over and over before flying back to the Guard Armor and reattaching itself to the main body.

Torso Tornado[]

Detaching its own torso from the rest of its body pieces, the Guard Armor’s own Armored Torso will spin rapidly as it bounces out on the stage hitting different points trying to slam into the opponent before it flies back to the rest of its body pieces and reattaches itself to them.
