In the world of Animal Crossing, the Froggy Chair is exactly what it's billed as: a chair that looks like a frog. On the internet? It's far, far more than that. All the same, this special, amphibious piece of plastic is the centerpiece in many a Villager's abode. As for its role in Smash? It might be a little more than just an adorable sidepiece!

When the Froggy Chair appears on stage, it seems innocuous enough. It's just a chair, after all! Should a character choose to sit down in it, even, it might as well just be a chair at first glance. You're simply sitting in it and, alas, if that's all you choose to do in it, so be it. However, for the more bolder, or daresay froggy, at heart, they can take a leap upwards just like the best of 'em!
Hold the control stick down to charge the Froggy Chair; it'll dial itself downwards with adorable aplomb and a smirk on its face as it does so. Let it go, and it'll leap high into the air! On its comedown, the Froggy Chair can dish out some pretty decent damage. If a character hops out of the Froggy Chair after dealing such an effective blow, the chair just might break out into a dance of its own! After a while, and to the chagrin of us all, the Froggy Chair will indeed disappear.
