Fly Guys are just Shy Guys with a propeller on top of their heads. These propellers allow Fly Guys to fly freely through the sky where they tend to drop items from above. Sometimes they drop harmful bombs, but strangely some Fly Guys have been known to drop coins, extra lives, or even Winged Clouds. Why some Fly Guys decide to help out is unknown, but I guess not all bad guys are all that bad.
Fight Pattern[]
Fly Guys in Smash are entirely harmless. They’ll fly in from off screen carrying either a Food item, a Custom Part, or a large Stat Boost. These Fly Guys are weak and to get them to drop the item in question they need to be KO’d. If Fly Guys aren’t KO’d in time they’ll fly away offscreen and disappear.
