Legendary Pokemon of the Sinnoh region and 1/3rd of the Creation Trio alongside Palkia and Giratina. Dialga can warp time by speeding it up, slowing it down, or stopping time completely. Not much about Dialga is known as it calls another dimension home, but knowledge of it's violent conflicts with Palkia are known.
Attack Description[]
Letting out a rather strange roar, Dialga will set the player's time back 30 seconds. The positions and damage of all players will be set back to how they were 30 seconds previous in the match. Are you currently flying off the screen with 86% damage but 30 seconds ago were safely in the middle of the stage with just 45% damage? Well then congrats for you because that's how you are once again. Roar of Time however will NOT affect Player's Stocks, the actual time of the match, any items that are on the stage, or the stage itself and any hazards that might be on the stage or were 30 seconds ago.
