Stage Info[]
Dig Dug especially shines on this stage, with his Taizo Tunnel move allowing him to instantly clear paths while moving any way he wants. The surface level is located near the top of the stage, allowing for easy KOs off the top blast zone.
Stage Layout[]
This stage is unique due to being almost entirely comprised of layers of underground terrain that can be ‘dug’ through with attacks. Players start inside a large ‘burrow’ of space in the middle; the stage can eventually lose all of its underground terrain if the players are committed to destroying it all, leaving a flat indestructible base level. Some other burrows are randomly placed within the underground terrain containing Pookas and Fygars (if hazards are on), and there are a few light platforms that can be uncovered to grant the fighters some vertical accessibility
