Tom Dubius was once just an assistant to Aaron Boreal at AMAKEN, but after a fellow scientist tried to steal his inventions Tom grew deeply distrustful. This allowed the FM-ian Cygnus to easily manipulate Tom and initiate an EM Wave Change with him in order to become Cygnus Wing. As Cygnus Wing, Tom attacked AMAKEN in an attempt to kill Aaron believing him to be the thief. Tom would later be fought and taken down by Mega Man Star Force, but it was Aaron showing he trusted Tom enough to take off his helmet and risk asphyxiation that caused Tom to ultimately stand down and separate from Cygnus.
Spirit Battle[]
Cygnus Wing will be represented by Mecha-Fiora for this Spirit Battle. Mecha-Fiora will show a preference for using her Standard Special, Talent Art: Drone, and has increased AI for using that move. Additionally, Mecha-Fiora will start out the battle equipped with the Rocket Belt item and will be backed up by the Ducks Assist Trophy multiple times throughout the battle.
