The Cooper Vault is a massive cave system on Kaine Island and has been used by the Cooper Clan to store their treasures and record their histories since at least 1300 BC. Despite the best attempts of many, the Cooper Vault has proved to be impenetrable with its various traps and massive vault door which can only be opened with a Cooper Cane. Even Dr. M who eventually broke in took many years to do it and even then he was only able to after Sly Cooper had already begun to make his way through.

Cooper Vault is a grounded stage taking place in the inner sanctum of the Cooper Vault. The background of the stage is filled with mounds of gold and pedestals showing off the canes and portraits of various members of the Cooper Clan including Slytunkhamen Cooper II, Sir Gallenth Cooper, and “Tennessee Kid” Cooper.
As for the stage itself, there are three points of interest. In the middle of the stage is a large pile of gold that fighters can battle on. The ground of the gold mound is very uneven making some attacks and items more difficult to use. To the right of the gold (and partially past the blast zones) is a large vault which is also sitting on some coins. The vault can be found on top of and in front of, however the gold piles are uneven ground just like the gold pile in the middle. High in the air to the left is a small soft platform that can be found on as well.
