Charizard is the fully evolved form of Kanto’s fire-type Starter Pokemon, Charmander, as well as one of the most popular Pokemon in the world. Charizard’s popularity is so great that it’s even used as the signature Pokemon for the Galar region’s undefeated champion Leon. Charizards are known to fly through the sky in search of powerful opponents as they seek to prove their strength and are known to refuse to attack Pokemon that they feel are too weak of an opponent. Charizards are capable of undergoing two different forms of Mega Evolution with Charizard X that transforms them into a Fire/Dragon-type as well as Charizard Y which keeps their normal Fire/Flying-typing. In the Galar region if a Charizard has the Gigantamax Factor they are able to channel the energy from a Power Spot to transform even further into a massive 91 foot tall Gigantamax Charizard.
Attack Description[]
When Charizard appears on the stage, a flash of pink energy will surround it looking strangely like a Pokeball that flies up and over the stage. Seconds later, Charizard will take over the background of the stage as it grows into its Gigantamax form. Gigantamax Charizard will then breathe out a plume of flame which becomes a massive flaming bird in the background. This flaming bird will fly forwards towards the stage, centered towards the middle of the stage, and as it flies straight through the stage and towards the camera. This flaming bird is massive and can completely take over smaller stages like Small Battlefield or Metal Cave. All opponents hit by this wildfire attack will take a very high amount of damage and knockback.
