Just the like ‘ol ball and chain except with eyes, nasty teeth, and a dog-like personality. Chain Chomps are rather excitable and will bark at anyone who gets close by. Most Chain Chomps are kept restrained by post or wall that they are chained to however some Chain Chomps can break free of their posts and chase after whoever they want.
Mode of Assistance[]
A Chain Chomp appears on the stage with a wooden peg keeping it in place. The Chain Chomp can bounce around a bit before lunging to its max distance attempting to bite nearby opponents up to 2-3 times. Each bite deals both moderate damage and roughly 24% damage. If you’re daring, you can attack the wooden peg that holds the Chain Chomp chained. If it takes 20% damage the wooden peg will be shattered and the Chain Chomp will be free to jump around and attack at leisure. Any damage from anyone or anything can hurt the wooden peg.
