Celebi is a time traveling mythical Pokemon who is honored as the guardian of Ilex Forest. It is said that wherever Celebi goes, plant life will flourish as Celebi travels across time to visit peaceful lands and leave eggs from the future behind for young trainers to find. Due to its ability to time travel it’s unknown how many Celebi exist in the world or if there is only one.
Attack Description[]
When Celebi appears it will dance and twirl in place for a moment before being surrounded in a blue glow as it takes a peak at the future. 2-8 large reticles will then briefly appear over the screen (depending on the size of the stage) as Celebi gasps in horror before twirling once again and vanishing from the screen. The reticles will disappear along with Celebi however roughly 10-15 seconds later a magical explosion will occur at each reticle dealing high damage to any fighter, including Celebi’s summoner, that gets caught in the blast zone.
