Pokemon Info[]
Cacturnes travel the desert in ragtag groups at night, awaiting weary travels who are down on their luck. In the daytime, they remain unmoving so as to not lose moisture themselves while under the harsh sunlight. As their name implies, these "Scarecrow Pokemon" are bipedal humanoids resembling a cactus (and a scarecrow).
Attack Description[]
At first, Cacturne will remain standing in place much like it is in the photo presented on this page. When fighters come within distance, however, it will screech "Cacturne!" before holding its arms together—almost like giving itself a hug—and then almost immediately letting them flail upwards. From Cacturne's arms will come a barrage of thick needles about twice the size as Sheik's. They will produce in a radial spray that follows the diagonal, rising arc of Cacturne's arms, amounting to six each on either side of Cacturne. They travel far, too, about six Kirbys outward, and dish out a neat bit of knockback alongside the usual cut-based damage. Try to touch or attack Cacturne, and you'll be stuck with more spikes!
