CR-S01 is the codename given to Erhard Muller, a prodigal surgeon and alleged bioterrorist who has been temporarily released from his 250-year prison sentence to assist the Trauma Team. A highly determined surgeon, CR-S01's skill match those of Derek Stiles'. Most notably, he works with Dr. Stiles to remove the Rosalia Virus from Nozomi Weaver.

CR-S01 is represented by Derek Stiles in his eighth costume. The battle begins with the player experiencing slowdown, like a Timer was used. This represents CR-S01's use of the Healing Touch. Every 20 seconds, the slow-down effect will be re-engaged until CR-S01 is defeated. Throughout the fight, items will gravitate towards CR-S01, and he will be apt to use them.
