Boss Info[]
A member of the Snavian family, the Burrowing Snagret spends most of it's time underground when it's senses prey nearby they will burst out of the ground and start attacking what will hopefully be their next meal.
Boss Fight Details[]
Burrowing Snagret will start out on the far right side of the screen while the player will start on the left. The Burrowing Snagret cannot come fully out of the ground and walk around. However throughout the battle (and more often as the Burrowing Snagret's health decreases) the Burrowing Snagret and burrow back underground and pop back up at any place in the stage. Attacks made directly against the Burrowing Snagret's head will deal extra damage.

When the Burrowing Snagret is about to pop out of the ground they will sometimes aim directly for where the player is standing. If the player is in the way when the Burrowing Snagret pops out of the ground they will receive damage, be knocked away from the Burrowing Snagret and stunned for a short time.
Peck[]
Burrowing Snagret's most basic form of attack is to thrust it's head down and peck at you with it's beak. Sometimes it will be just a singular peck, sometimes the Burrowing Snagret will peck down in the same spot repeatedly to try and chain some hits against you.
Bite[]
Occasionally when the Burrowing Snagret thrusts its beak down at you it is instead attempt to eat you. The Burrowing Snagret will grab at you with it's beak and try to chew on you as you stay in it's mouth before the Burrowing Snagret has enough and spits you back out.
