Once a normal Hot Dog traipsing about, Bunson grew to an enormous size and became covered in flames when Yarn Kamek used their magic on him. Bunson is the ruler of his own castle and was used by Yarn Kamek to try and stop Yarn Yoshi from taking back any yarn bundles. Unfortunately for Bunson, Yarn Yoshi’s ability to unravel Bunson’s fireballs and turn them into yarn balls plus his talent for ground pounding Bunson’s tongue led to Bunson being defeated and returned to a normal size.
Spirit Battle[]
Bunson is represented by a Giant Poochy and is accompanied by two mini Poochys representing normal Hot Dogs, though only the Poochy representing Bunson needs to be KO’d. Additionally, Bunson starts out the match equipped with a Hothead. The final detail for this Spirit Battle is that periodically throughout the fight, the main ground of the stage will be covered in lava which damages non-immune fighters.
