Bullet Bills are essentially a living bullet that are typically shot out of a Bill Blaster and fly in a straight line. In the Mario Kart games there exist special Bullet Bill items that when activated will transform the racer into a giant Bullet Bill which flies down the score at great speed and knocks away any other racers that are in their path.
Item Usage[]
After a fighter has picked up a Bullet Bill they can press the attack button to transform themselves into a Bullet Bill! At this point they can press a directional with the control stick and quickly fire forwards as a Bullet Bill for a short distance and damage all fighters in their way. After the Bullet Bill travels a distance equal to the length of Final Destination it will explode damaging nearby enemies and knocking them back a great distance as the fighter transforms back into their normal self. When in this state the fighter is considered a projectile which means they can be reflected back in the opposite direction as well as damaging the player. If no direction is held when the Bullet Bill is activated then it will travel in a straight horizontal line towards the direction the fighter was already facing.
