Stage Info[]
Otherwise known as Kraid’s Lair, Brinstar Depths is an area located deep below Brinstar. Filled with ruins and acid pits, what awaits Samus at the end is one of her oldest foes, the Space Pirate enforcer Kraid.
Stage Layout[]
This is rather unique for a stage as it during the course of the match it will rotate around. What you see in the stage’s picture is the starting layout of the stage whenever you start the match, but as the match continues a hazard will cause it to change.
Hazards[]
Kraid:[]
At various points during the match, Kraid will rise out of the lava below and swipe at the stage with one of her claws. This does no damage to any of the players, but it does cause the stage to rotate around and present a new layout for the players to fight on. But they’ll have to be careful while the stage is rotating or they’ll find themselves being KO’d thanks to Kraid’s attack. The rotation of the stage can go in either direction and the amount it rotates by is not always set. It could rotate just a short distance around itself, or even rotate around 180 degrees as if it was just flipped upside down. If you're playing on Brinstar Depths, you'll need to keep on your toes!
