Assist Trophy Info[]
What do you get when a Boo makes some friends and they start flying around each other in a circle? Boo Buddies! Boo Buddies are simply enough a group of Boos that perpetually fly in a circle formation. Why there is a spot missing in the circle nobody knows. Maybe they're waiting for another friend. Regardless it's rather handy as Mario can use that space to jump into the circle and then jump back out through the other side with ease.
Mode of Assistance[]
At first only a single Boo appears to have come out of the Assist Trophy, but then several other Boos can be seen behind it as they begin moving in a circle and moving out away from each other until they've reached the size of the circle they seek to make. The empty middle area is big enough for a character like Bowser to sit safely in the middle and like in the games there is a missing Boo which allows for a character sized like Mario to safely jump through. Other characters will have a harder time jumping through the Boo Buddies, but a good airdodge just might be the key they need. Making contact with the Boo Buddies doesn't deal whole lot of damage, but it can be easy to get juggled by them.
Unlike most Assist Trophies, these Boo Buddies are designed off of their 2D appearance in Super Mario World instead of their more modern 3D appearances.
