Billy the Wizard is the titular character in the hit(?!) game Billy the Wizard. Billy the Wizard is a young student who loves to engage in rocket broomstick racing against his fellow students as they race around the school grounds. Billy the Wizard does more than just racing of course. He also likes to spend his time catching books out of the air and shooting spells at dragons. What’s that? Does Billy ever attend class or go on adventures? No. No he does not.

Billy the Wizard will be represented by Robin using his third alt costume. Robin will primarily use his tome-based moves to attack and will have his movement speed greatly increased. 10 Seconds after the match being the Ashley Assist Trophy will spawn to help out Robin as well. Either after 1 minute has passed, or after Robin is KO’d, a Giant Ninjabread Man will spawn on the stage which the player must defeat as well.
