The Balloon Fish lies in wait, beneath the waves of the ocean for anything or anyone to come just a little too close to the surface of the water. Waiting for just this moment the Balloon Fish will leap up out of the water and swallow whatever dares to break the water's surface whole.

Much like in Balloon Fight, the Balloon Fish will lie in wait beneath the water, completely unseen.
