A long time ago Anthony Higgs met the future bounty hunter Samus Aran when the two of them served in the same unit of the Federation Police under the command of Adam Malkovich. Anthony Higgs found himself amused by Samus' show of defiance and when the two were reunited aboard the BOTTLE SHIP he convinced his fellow soldiers to lower their guns and greeted her with her old nickname of "Princess".
Mode of Assistance[]
As he appears on stage Anthony Higgs will hold out a thumbs up to the screen and utter his most infamous line, "Remember me?" before taking his freeze gun out of its holster and pointing it forwards. Anthony Higgs will raise the freeze gun diagonally into the air and pull the trigger releasing a stream of frozen energy as he slowly swings the gun downwards and freezing anyone and anything he can. The higher a fighter is damaged the greater odds that Anthony Higgs' attack will freeze them. After Anthony Higgs has done this attack once he'll jump to another location on the stage and repeat the same attack before disappearing.
